Accessing Compass at Cannington Community College

Compass is the online platform we use at Cannington Community College to help parents, carers, students and staff stay connected and informed. Through Compass, families can access up-to-date information about school activities, student progress, attendance, events, and more — all in one convenient place.

What You Can Do on Compass

Compass provides a range of tools to help you stay engaged with your child’s learning. You can:

  • View your child’s attendance records and submit explanations for absences or lateness.
  • Communicate directly with teachers and update your family’s contact details.
  • Access your child’s timetable and view the school calendar.
  • Download and view academic reports.
  • Make payments and provide consent for school events and excursions.

How to Access Compass

Compass is available through both the Compass School Manager app and on any modern web browser.

  • App: Download the Compass School Manager app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  • Web browser: Visit the Compass Parent Portal or click the Compass link at the top right-hand corner of our Cannington Community College website homepage.

When your child joins Cannington Community College, you will receive your unique login details to access Compass. On your first login, you’ll be asked to change your temporary password and confirm your email address and mobile phone number.
